If you did not get a "your order is ready" email, it was never there for pick up. Don't go to the store before you get that message unless you intend to shop.

The only way to get a "order is ready" message is if a fulfillment employee physically found the product and completed your order. This is an irreversible process as there is no reason for a customer order to become canceled unless the product was lost or destroyed on the way to guest service (unlikely but could happen if another customer nabbed your Ember off the fulfillment cart and bought it). At that point, it would have been a decision from management to cancel the order.

I may have missed it. It was working for me 10 minutes ago but I waited to decide and it seems like the 10% discount isn't applying to LG OLED anymore. Could have been a very good deal. I think it was around $1715 or something in that range with tax and 3-yr Allstate warranty. Probably the cheapest I have seen recently.

I was at Target earlier this year and there was someone who was very passive agressive but "not upset" at staff, she just "wanted an explanation" and wanted to speak to the manager because she ordered an item for pickup then went to the store to pick it up and it wasn't ready yet. She hadn't gotten an email yet. They went and looked for it in the store for her but had to cancel it because they couldn't find it, and she was getting visibly upset at staff despite "not being upset" because it was an item she ordered for a gift THAT morning to pick up on her way too the airport for a flight to a bachelorette party or something. Then she wanted to know when she'd get her money back and they had to spend time explaining to her that it didnt charge because they never found the item for her to pickup, which for some reason she didn't understand and kept asking about despite the fact that she "had to hurry" to make her flight.

Like first off do people really assume the order is just ready before they get a notification saying so? And who the hell orders a gift they need the morning of their flight and tries to pick it up?

I just added this TV to my cart and the coupon is shown as applying. Hope this helps.
