I didn't have a pop up but it was in the offers in my app. Thanks!
It took me forever to find the offers section in my app, but I've got it there too. For anyone looking, go to the Best Buy app, click on your name at the top and go to profile, then scroll down to "Member Offers"

I've also got a save 10% on a single item with my Best Buy Visa offer. I wonder if these can stack.

Since they merged accounts I cannot activate any of the special VISA offers without going to the BB forum and asking that it be applied after the purchase.Mad Double stack may have worked in the past but not sure anymore. VISA will tell you to call BB and BB does nothing. Only the forum can you get help!

Before the merge you just clicked on the email and it was done.

Sweet, I didn't open Deathloop or my black PS5 controller yet so I will just return them and then check out again with this offer. Nice!

Anyone know if money spent with rewards certificates counts towards the 100? I have some that I need to burn so this would be great if I could get this on the backend.

it will not. it has to be $100 after certificates. Certificates are treated like a manufacturer incentive or coupon, and it doesn't get taxed. A $200 purchase would normally generate 12 in tax in states like PA, VA, etc with 6%. If you use a $50 certificate you only get assessed a tax of $9, 6% on $150.

Does any one know if the $100 requirement is pre-tax or post-tax?

Let's say I want to buy a MX Keys Mini that's releasing soon but the price is $99.99 pre-tax and $1xx.xx post tax, would they count pre or post-tax?

No. Actually, it's treated like a store coupon. In most states if you have a manufacturer coupon for a free item, you still owe sales tax (or bottle deposit) on it. I do believe every state is a little different though. My experience is the midwest.
