If people are willing to go thru the hassle, I changed my amazon to amazon.jp for japan. Along with google translate, I was able to order an induction rice cooker (with pressure) for about 150 shipped. It does take about a week to ship which was surprisingly fast.

I brought this exact model on Amazon for about $250 last year. Kohls state 4 cup on the website, but it's 5 cup capacity. Zojirushi only does 3, 5, and 10 cups iirc.

Say what you will about spending $$$ on a rice cooker. We're an Asian family and
Rice is Life. I love my rice cooker. Perfect rice every time. Not dry, not mushy, perfect. It automatically detects when it needs to adjust cooling time. Matter of fact, we just made chicken flavored jasmine rice and it was perfect!

Very tempting, my brother and sister both have this ride cooker. We cook rice every day so it will def be used. Does anyone have any feed back? How does this compare to tiger ?

This is the np-hcc10xh and it is made in Japan.
seems like a popular model. Would recommend! if I didn't already have one I would buy this. or upgrade to this
