If you have $100 of Apple GC in your cart and return to the item page, then click on "see more products in this promotion" you'll see a message at the top that says "Your order qualifies!" and below there is another message saying the promo will be included at checkout.
I'm taking a screenshot of that and I highly doubt Amazon would not honor the promo.
