What's for dinner tonight? Bonus points if it includes something expired.

I have a weird obsession with knowing what people are gonna have for dinner. I don't care if it's fast food, restaurant, bag of chips, homemade, tv dinner, shells and cheese, huge plate of bacon.. whatever.
If it's homemade though and it's a good recipe and you wanna put it in here, that's cool too.
Also, I've come to realize it's not normal to use expired foods all the time. Personally, I don't have a problem with something being expired unless it's rancid smelling or super moldy or something. However I do get some people here making fun of me regarding that so help me show them that it's not as abnormal as some might think

Tonight's dinner? I don't know yet, but just for you, I'll go have a look in the fridge & freezer.
Edit: I believe I'll be having a three cheese sourdough panini, both the sourdough and fresh mozzarella are past their "use by" dates--but I didn't actually open the mozz yet. I'll have some ham and prosciutto on the side.

I'll use expired condiments and expired canned goods. Meat I have to give the sniff test before cooking, and if any part of a loaf of bread starts to show signs of mold, it's gone. I don't really want to press my luck with home made penicillin.
Tonight I'm probably having a Red Baron Brick Oven Pepperoni pizza. It's surprisingly good for a Red Baron pizza, but I still only buy them when they hit $2.50. Then I add some crushed red pepper or Nando's garlic peri-peri sauce.
