Papa's Birthday Giveaway - MA, RI, CT, NH - December 26, 2021

Papa's Birthday Giveaway ("Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 5, 2021 and ends at 10:00:00 PM ET on December 26, 2021 ("Promotion Period")

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, go to www.papaginos.com/birthdaygiveaway ("Website") during the Promotion Period to gain access to a registration form, if you haven't done so previously. Enter the Promotion by completely entering your correct information on the registration form (required fields include: Full Name, Email Address, State, and Birth Date) with your true and correct information. Upon registering, you will earn one (1) Entry into the Promotion. You will also earn one (1) gameplay for the "Spin to Win" Instant Win game ("Game"). When the Game is completed, you will be notified if you are a winner or loser. All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to share the Promotion with others. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) Instant Win gameplay per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period.

INSTANT WIN PRIZE AWARDING/ODDS: Eight Hundred and Forty-Seven (847) Instant Win prize winners will be determined throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion Entries received and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant plays the Game.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about December 27, 2021, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries and select one (1) Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes is based on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period.
