Yes. Hue" Ambience" bulbs (white or color versions) also allow color temperature adjustments. Color will always include ambience functionality, but their white bulbs can be either with or without ambience.

These can be adjusted from 2,200k to 6,500k. Warm is usually 2,700k, and cool is usually 5,000k, so these bulbs can do that and a bit beyond.

I am not sure about the non-member, but I believe that is a "no".

I did a one day pass and it worked for me since I live in the west coast and dont have BJs.
