For those interested, Target will be offering Target Circle Members (free to join [target.com]), $25 off $100 or $10 off $50 to use on toys (exclusions apply) Starting Sunday Oct 10th - Oct 16th.

You bring up the barcode for the cashier to scan when it is your turn in line.
How hard can that be?
It has worked for me every single time I have used an offer.
As for these targeted offers, I have always gotten the rewards.
I have never purchased gift cards and I have never returned things.

@caldwellone is blaming Target Circle instead of the customers who clearly did not know how it worked and thus forcing @caldwellone to wait longer in line when the offer did not apply to the purchase.
