Seems like this is retail price on the F1 car, so a free Lambo like mentioned above. The Lambo is MSRP $50 but on sale for $40 currently on amazon. So kinda similar to buying each separately on 20% off sale. I didn't see a sale history on the Merc, do sets like these usually go on sale? It seems like a lot of Lego sets end up hitting 20%. I think I'm talking myself out of this one. It's still kind of expensive, I don't need either and not sure it's a huge discount.

Yeah they do go on sale. I recall I got the McLaren F1 set on sale like 20-25% off or something. But if it's a popular set it can sell out.
