I think you're misusing the word "worth" for "priced" is his point.

I'm honestly surprised Disney hasn't clamped down on their branding. I'm full aware what they are, but they're awfully loose with other people's trademarks.

Their custom hand made pieces or chineseum made in china and sold for a slight markup. If a pottery master made a mickey mouse cup on etsy, should Disney step in and say they can't put mickey mouse on a cup they made? Oh, and by the way, these are not the droids you are looking for. Yes they should, and they have. Do you understand at all how trademarks work? If you think quoting a line from the movie makes it less infringement, you will find it is you who are mistaken.

Why do you care? If you don't work for Disney, just let it be. I don't have time to argue semantics or trademark infringement laws with you. If you don't want one, don't buy one. No need to even comment. Move on with your life and let things be. Happy Halloween!

So are the $79 ones pretty durable? Can you hit trees, furniture, people, etc. using a good hard swing or will it break easily? Just wondering the type of abuse it could handle typically before it turns into a big paperweight
