Just be aware if you drank these in the past, you drank most likely the 14oz ones with 400 calories. These are 11oz with 320 calories. These are smaller than what they sold in the past.

Good god, why is it that every time a soylent deal gets posted, the weirdos show up concerned that it's going to make them infertile or grow breasts or get cancer? All of those are myths. Here's a review of over 400 studies on everything medical science knows about a soy diet's impact on human health.

People who eat soy rich diets see no impact on testosterone levels whatsoever. They have notable cardiovascular health benefits. No discernable impact on fertility. The studies that purported to show men getting breasts or other odd "feminizing symptoms" involved two weird dudes who ate nearly 10x what old japanese dudes who LIVE on soy already typically eat.

It's fine. If you eat foods rich in soy, you're probably eating a pretty healthy diet already and have nothing to worry about in terms of living a happy, perfectly normal life.

And LOL to the idea that if you're living in America and eating anything other than food you grow yourself, that you're not already eating a TON of soy in consumer packaged foods and drinks.

It's fine as a protein source for occasional meal replacement, which is what Soylent is for. It's not intended as your sole source of calories (maybe it was when it was back when it was a tech bro concern trying to "revolutionize" food), nor as a supplement for strength training. Just don't drink 2000 calories of it a day and you'll be fine.

320 calories is a lot to "drink". A 320 meal will keep you full and satiated a lot longer than chugging all those calories in liquid form. These drinks keep me full for half the time as same calorie solid foods such as energy/protien bars. Unless you don't mind getting hungry and as a result probably eating/drinking more calorie then probably this is irrelevant for you. But vast majority of people who struggle to stay within their calorie limit/target this is a big issue. To simply it for you, think about the difference between eating few oranges vs drinking orange juice of equivalent calorie count. You will definitely get/stay full from the oranges a lot longer than the juice.

I used to eat tofu (soy based, as this is) as a diet food with my eggs, until I just came to the conclusion that I was just passing it through and my body wasn't digesting it.

Thanks for this deal, I get these for my dad who is in the early stages of dementia. He can't cook much anymore and resorts to fast food via DoorDash but I just get him these "chocolate milk" and he likes them and it seems better than McDonald's or Taco Bell for every meal.
