I had a nice tree that I loved, I actually ripped the lights off when they started going wacky and replaced them with twinkly ones. It is a pita stringing them, especially since I'm short.
The old ones came off in like 10 batches, was able to use some of the smaller ones for my front window. So pretty happy it worked out.

My neighbors twinkly tree lasted the holiday season- but I will be interested to see if it works when they put it up this year.
The lights and technology is impressive- the build quality of the tree and it's internal connectors is very mediocre at best.
