103.99 with 20% coupon from a trade-in. Locksreen ads version, No ads version is 144.99 (115.99 after coupon). Look for the 20% trade-in offer right above the options. I traded in my 2017 hd10 for $30 gc that was instantly applied to order. (though it said $20 adjusted so we'll see)

Basic hd10 is on sale for 99.99, and trade-in offer also works. Compared to hd10, the PLUS version has +1gb ram (for 4gb total), and supports wireless charging. Same specs otherwise.

seems ok if you are looking for Fire 10 plus now. It was $110 during prime day before trade-in. Hoping that it comes a little cheaper for BF.

On these trade-ins, you can do it ahead of time and wait for a sale and it will still give the 20%, correct? Or asked differently, whats the best way to utilize previously owned fire tablet for new fire tablets?

You can trade in ahead of time but trade in 20% discount expires on 11/30/2021 if not used
