Regular price is 28.xx, not 40. There is a 40% coupon on the product page on Amazon

I couldn't get the extra $7 off. So it effectively becomes $17 for a 15 lb bag.
Sams Club has a 20 lb bag for $18.

$18 for me...

Costco $21 for 20lbs still works out better for me, if you ignore free shipping..
