The 12 month warranty on the non-replaceable LED bulbs makes the 5 year warranty for the lights about worthless.

I have 3 of the 1080 as well and recently upgraded one to a 2k floodlight camera. I saw no difference in image quality, so I printed an eye chart and placed it 10ft away for a controlled test. Both the 1080 and 2k allowed me to read only the 20/63 line. Convinced I got a bad 2k camera, I tested the 2k indoor camera with the same results.

I think the effective resolution is limited by the tiny cheap lenses, not the sensors. So, 2k means you get larger files without benefit.

Oh, and I did try yelling, *Enhance!* at the screen like in the movies, but it didn't work :-(

Wish this was the 2k model. I have 3 1080p floodlights working just fine since early 2019. Picked them up for $89 from Home Depot clearance. They are bright and quick to react on motion.

It is 1080p but it has the AI human detection. From their site ( https://us.eufylife.com/collectio...ucts/t8420 ) under the comparison of the 3 current floodlight cameras under "On-Device AI Detection" it's listed as Human the same as the the 2 newer cameras.

(my complaint would be you can't install a large sd card and do 24/7 recording like the indoor wired cameras.)

I have this and it goes off any time my flag is blowing and it casts a moving shadow

I have this, and it doesn't.. one gagging my backyard and one pointing down my driveway. Only triggers with movement of animals or people, never sht floating in the air, oh the occasional spider that webs close enough

This is unfortunately becoming the industry standard in outdoor floodlights. I hate it, although I do have one that's worked fine for 2 years (not the light in this deal)
