160 mg acetaminophen per 5 ml is all that matters because pharma is heavily regulated. Generic is fine for this simple OTC product. Amazon, Walmart, etc have their generics that are consistently 0.6$ to 0.8$ per oz.

I usually stock up on it unless the pediatrician's office has samples they share during sick child visits. Never hurts to enquire if they have samples.

I agree, but just to make sure in case someone misses it, op's product also includes an additional medicine. Cough suppressant, dextromethorphan.

The amazon brand is just tylenol, it does not have the cough suppresant, so not the same product.

Costco have them cheaper, but it comes with two in a pack.

Unfortunately in my household, once a baby / toddler falls sick, it takes more than a week to bounce back. Even if I'm giving Tylenol for 4 days, 3 doses a day, and it ranges from 3.75ml to 5ml let's say for a baby / toddler, we are easily going thru 1.5 to 2oz per child per bout of sickness. These bottles sit in the medical shelf at home until they are needed and then finish so fast.

Bottomline - I don't mind the bulk pack at warehouse clubs.

Glad to read it isn't just me scouring my pediatrician's office for samples!

About the only downside as of late was when the oldest had a gripe with the flavor of the current toothpaste. I let him know that it was free so it was important to not let it go to waste. Didn't have the heart to confirm how many more of those samples we have yet to get through... (luckily I can rotate in other samples for now)

Good luck!
Jon

Meh. It says it does all those things, but in reality it has only two active ingredients for pain and fever reduction and for cough surppressant. Compare it to certain brands of Childrens Mucinex which have the same ingrediants, but nalso contain active ingrediants for nasal decongestant and loosening mucus.
