"Traditional" fit = shent in Costco terminology. The photos make it seem they're more like tailor or slim fitted.

True. I wear polyester shirts a lot because I like them better on the outside. I don't have this problem though because I always wear a cotton undershirt. Otherwise yes they'll smell.

Not really, as you will lose that big order discount. That was my experience with a prior jeans order.

Geez. Don't know why Costco has traditional fitting. Just means that it super loose on the arms and upper chest. Terrible fitting.

In my experience, yes, each item is prorated to cost $4. You will lose the part of the discount attached to the items you return ($6 per shirt in this case). That's what happened to me when I returned 1 or 2 items when they had a buy-10-get-$$-off deal for online purchase before. I mean, if you lose the entire discount like someone else said, then if you try to return one $10 shirt, you'll owe THEM $50 (for the $60 total discount). So yeah, can't see that happening.

I really don't understand you guys and how you're stinking up your shirts, but I have never once had this issue and can't even imagine what smell you're referring to. I wear almost all polyester now because it just feels so much more comfortable than cotton, and I work out pretty intensely 4 times a week. I also know there are LOTS of different brands and blends, but I would really like to know what smell you guys are producing.

When you use their Tailored fit search feature these show up... They are like a parachute around the middle so nothing sport about them. Unfortunate since the arms and chest fit fine.
