Costco comes with MSM, not vitamin D
MSM supports collagen growth. Vitamin D is for bones. Probably best to find one with all 3?
I'm all for the placebo effect (which somehow works even if you know you are on a placebo), so planning to buy anyway, but vitamin D supplementation efficacy still seems in question for this popular use case.

Is 200 capsules, 2 per day, slightly different formulation but better price since is 100 days vs 60
Osteo Biflex Triple strength MSM + D3 has all the goodness

Supposedly UC-II is more effective than glucosamine in the studies ive seen, and well, glucosamine has very mixed studies and personal reviews, some say it helps, other say its basically placebo.
The 400IU of vitamin D is near worthless, if youre taking vitamins/supplements youll be getting a much higher dose elsewhere like a baby sized gel cap is 5,000 IU, plus its cheap.
no sure about the boswellia serrata claims, never looked into it.
