How accurate is brickseek PRICING at Walmart? I know the availability is nearly useless. I ask because my stores show $592 on brickseek and curious if it's worth going over in person yet.

I got one of these last year and I love it. I didn't even uncover my Weber grill all season because of how awesome this thing is! The only drawback is the lack of a propane to natural gas conversion. The Blackstone official LP conversion kit does not work with this model.

I would say it is pretty accurate. Went to two different walmarts (first one was to get a smoker). Researched brickseek for Griddles and only one in the area had this on Brickseek. Went into Walmart and sure enough they had the yellow clearance stickers on them. Boxes were sun aged. Other Walmart did not have these on clearance but had a bunch of Pit Boss Smokers, picked up the Charleston edition for $299 there.
I really wish blackstone would make a model with a stainless steel griddle top. Trying to keep up with the rust on these is impossible despite having both a hard and soft cover on it whenever not in use. Constantly reseasoning but doesn't seem to help.
Was excited a year ago but wouldn't buy it again unless I lived in the southwest or similar with zero humidity.

I haven't had that issue at all. I made sure to seasoned it really really well before I cooked on it the first time. The entire top is now a consistent black. I only ever clean it with heat and water. When it's clean I always coat it with a little oil after it's cooled down a bit. Maybe my cover helps too, I typically have it covered when not being used too. And I live in super humid PA.
