Don't see it in our offers, and we have Amex Delta cards, which is weird. However, we just got another California Pizza Kitchen $15 off $50+ offer. Does anyone know if this can be combined with the $10 off $10+ restaurant offer, for a total credit of $25, or does it resolve to only $15?

That's exactly what happened to me as well. I figured people with Delta Amex cards already prefer to fly with Delta so it's not offered to us.
