Then don't write the amount here. You could've used your gift cards on anything.

The prices here are meant to be reproducible by others. That's the whole point of SD.

I'd say it's $0 for many folks who have much larger sums in Amazon gift card. However, that doesn't help anyone else, does it?

Alright.....initial thoughts after having it for about an hour.

Setup was kinda a pain, may have been my fault because i broke out the charger and set it on to charge while i was busy with work. I had a hard time getting it connected to the wifi. IT HAS TO HAVE 2.4ghz wifi. I tried to connect it with my asus router that automatically switches bands but it wouldn't connect. I ended up making a guest network that was strictly 2.4ghz and finally was able to get it connected.

App is a little wonky. kinda looks like a one size fits all for a bunch of different devices. Has a strong chinesium feel to it. Probably stealing my data and first born as we speak.

Once its up and running, the lidar looks like its working pretty freaking good. It did get hung up on a placemat that the dogs food trays was on, but it was able to get itself free.

Seems to be prone to grabbing cords, so i had to quickly add some exclusion zones around the couch and around the kitchen island so it wouldn't get hung up on shoes and stuff.

That UI looks like a copy-paste of Roborock (Xiaomi). If the app functions similarly too, it should be a very good experience with the app.

I was really holding out for a ecovacs t8 aivi, but for $60, cant go wrong. Looks like there is options in the app for mopping. not sure if its possible or not.

Will do. it had about 50% battery when i started the initial mapping/cleaning, i noticed it was getting really sluggish on carpet in the dining room, and it automatically made its way over to the charging dock (slid it under a shelf) and is recharging now. Hopefully it will have a little more power when its fully charged.

It is a little bit louder than i would have thought, but not terrible.

Received mine today as well. Will put it to use soon, lets see how it pans out. For $60 it seems to be worth it.
