Not sure anyone in the last thread ever found an employee that knew how to bring up the QR code for them to scan... I was going to wait until near the end, so hopefully by then, at least someone will know how to do it. Some of the fast food places here still don't seem to know how their own mobile app orders work.

Not sure what the last thread was about but in this deal you bring up the QR code on your PayPal app to pay with when paying in-store. All the employee has to do is scan the QR with their reader.

Might give this a try this weekend.

Another data point:

This offer did NOT appear in my "offers" section in PayPal app.

Bought a $10 GC using PayPal, and the $10 credit showed up in my PayPal account almost immediately after purchase.

I had previously used the Venmo $10 Panda offer (which WAS in my Venmo offers section). Venmo credit posted 4 days after purchase.

I got a $10 PayPal credit immediately after paying by scanning the barcode on my PayPal app. My total before tax was over $10, and there was a small sticker on the counter by the cashier indicating they accepted Paypal and Venmo.

i used paypal and got the credit a minute later.

does venmo work if you used paypal too? on the paypal site, it says the offer is good using paypal or venmo.
