Wouldn't call it 'issues', but the Blu-Ray release includes the original TV version of the episodes. The DVDs released in the 2000s contain 2-3 extra minutes per episode of extra scenes not in the TV broadcast, the current-day syndication, or the Blu-Rays. No idea if they ever plan to bring the extra scenes to Blu-Ray.
