Hahaha so dumb. What do you eat all day? Gluten free bread and soy milk? Do you sleep in a fetal position?

All in moderation. I eat "fast food" several times a week yet run ultramarathons and have a resting heart rate and body fat percentage better than 97% of people my age.

P.S. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, KFC, etc. have plenty of relatively healthy options on their menus, They're not 100% "junk food" if you pay attention to what you order.
Speaking of the Bell, their new menu items are the bomb. https://www.tacobell.com/food/new

I stopped McD, BK as the quality has dropped. No comparison to In & Out.

This sounds good! From what I remember, BK has some solid shakes in. Could be a solid option for my next cheat meal

Bruh. Why is there always someone commenting that on every post for something like this? Having a shake once in a while isn't gonna kill you. It's just if it's an often habit.
The medical community would say otherwise...hell, in the 2004 Super Size Me documentary, the doctor interviewed said you should "never" have any fast food. Nada. Seems like sugar and animal products of any kind are the biggest contributors to health problems in western cultures.

Why the heck does a milkshake have that much sodium? I get the fat and sugar contents, but Jesus.

I'm a sugar addict and I need help. Any advice.
Not a nutritionist and sharing what helped me. Try weaning yourself off sugar gradually. Try substituting higher processed sugar content foods with those with relatively less sugar. For example frozen yogurt vs. ice cream, juices with less sugar vs. soda, fruit vs. chocolate, etc. In a short time you're sugar intake will decrease and your body won't need the sugar high it's currently used to. Hope this helps.

Do you really think it's the opinion of most nutritionists and doctors to never have fast food? That documentary was trash BTW. The medical community would say you shouldn't have a shake once and awhile? Citation needed.

the last time I went, the Rodeo Burger was $1. You can get ~1000 kcals for just a buck! I don't have a BK near me nowadays, else I'd be all over this deal!!!
