I splurged for the dream cloud ($1500 when I got it) and it was worth every penny. I got it because we were waking up with shoulder pain. They delivered white glove, and the mattress comes with handles to easily move and rotate it.
10/10 would recommend if it's in your budget.

How do you get them to stack? they work at different websites (nectar vs dream cloud)

Their return policy is a nightmare and will give you "free gifts" so that they can deduct that from your total once you return the mattress. Highly recommend you stay away.

Just activate both the offers at Amex, and order from dreamcloud.com it just gets stacked after 2-3 days...

I have the Dreamcloud offer but not the Nectar on my Amex.

EDIT- Went back and checked, it's now there. Placed an order and both activated.
