Keep in mind, the XM4's have a known issues with static noise in the right ear after hours of usage. https://us.community.sony.com/s/q...uage=en_US you may get a set that has or doesnt have this issue. I sure do and its very annoying.

Does this come with any warranty?

i bought this a couple weeks ago from ebay for $267 brand new but it's not an authorized seller so no warranty. should i return that and get this?

Good tip, I found a couple bundles like this. I need one-day shipping though, so I opted for the headphones only.

They are always going for sale for $170 refurbished on eBay via seller secondipity with free 30 day returns. I bought them and they are practically brand new.

This or the refurbished on eBay? Or what about the 1000xm3 refurbished on Amazon. Don't have much money as a student but nyc transit is forcing me to upgrade my h.ear on 2.
