I purchased this about 2 weeks ago. I have another kasa indoor switch I use regularly for holiday decorations and was able to successfully connect it to wifi and alexa. I got this outdoor unit for some outdoor Halloween decorations- it refuses to connect to my wifi, even when I'm sitting literally under my router. I have spent countless hours trying to get this thing to work and it does not... Need to return it.

Same here. I bought a two-pack of Feit outdoor outlets for a couple bucks more at Costco the other day and they connected straight away.
