You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Their website is a joke. Glitchy as hell. I had to try several times to even add the phone to the cart, then get past multiple error messages for the site to accept my credit card, etc.

Then after all of that was miraculously completed, I was emailed an hour later that the store was out of stock, even though it clearly showed stock available online.

I then had to go back and manually cancel my order.

Now I remember why I haven't shopped there in years.

Your safest bet is going to the store to do the deal. Maybe call ahead to see first if they actually have the model you want in the store. Otherwise online it's a crapshoot with Best Buy.

Yes and No. Depends on who you ask and how it is worded. Online it showed be $550 trade in for Iphone 11. The paperwork said $350 and I almost freaked out. But, they do $350 + $200 promo. Still. $550.

Has anyone received the rebates and how long did it take.

TMobile coverage in my area is very poor despite being advertised in their map as coverage area and to make things worse Wifi Calling is not working

Wifi calling is used to work perfectly 4 year ago when I had the legendary TMC AC1900 Asus router but switch to Verizon due to signal problem and assume the coverage would have improved in the last 4 years and with the merger of Sprint but I guess I was wrong

Simplest trade-in and pick-up. However, the store staff forgot to turn on Wifi and Bluetooth. The iOS upgrade and the data transfer took 1.5 hours over a weak 5G network. It was found out about halfway through when I questioned why so slow.

Well, finally traded in my last iPhone today.
Today's trade in was the fastest and easiest by far!

Most of them ask you to go home and update yourself unless someone (seniors) insist for the store to do the update

I got an iPhone 12 max pro from a trade-in deal but then it stopped working and Apple replaced my phone with a new one. If I trade in the new iPhone 12 max pro that I got from Apple for the 13 pro, am I going to lose the bill credit that I'm receiving from my initial trade-in?

My guess is you would need to open a postpaid account first. Then if you wish, cancel it after unlocking the phone.

Not sure how much that would ultimately cost in the end but I am sure others have already addressed this strategy somewhere in this thread if you feel like scanning through 2000 posts.

I dont think so that the eip will stop flowing in. But beware not to use the sane line for upgrade if you are referring to Tmobile eip deal. Many from this group did the same thing.

Nope they will not be able to, i havent opened one of my phone from the box and never was activated so they are unable to find it in their system and unable to unlock it. Tried multiple times and failed. They said since its from best buy even inventory wise as well it doesnt exist in tmobile system. Even if it is activated using any tno sim card then it will be updated in their system and then you can request unlock.

Contact T-Force via Twitter, Messenger, or T-Mobile app.

Not sure about the current unlocking rules. It usually is 40 days but I think some others here have reported successful unlock requests already. That being said, I believe you would have to activate it first to show in the system.
