I'm mildly annoyed that a flex phone purchaser from September who went immediately with a Visible SIM has refused to confirm that the iPhone auto-unlocked after 60 days in accordance with Visible/Verizon policy. In recent years all you needed was to pop a Verizon SIM into these phones since the FCC had barred Verizon from locking phone hardware.

Guess what? I still do NOT have them yet. I received a text saying there will be delay. I talked to a BB guy at the store that it supposed to deliver to. He told me he ad no 13PM in today at all so it's not just me. He also told me "most likely it will be delayed to Dec 22-29 depending what they can receive in the warehouse. So my fingers still crossed.
Talk about phone unlock by T-Force or T-mobile team experts. Never believe what they say about "we already unlock your phone". I had this personal experience. Two of my phones (one iPhone XS Max and one XR) that I already paid off for them. I messaged them in facebook. They told me they took care of it and my phones should be unlocked. Well, one day I checked the carrier status and it still showed "sim locked". I called 611 and talked to a team expert. I called at night and talked to someone from "maybe India". He told me he submitted the unlock request and my phone should be unlocked in 24 hours. Guess what? 48 hours later the phone is still sim locked. This time I called 611 during business hours and talked to someone in my state (Tx). He seemed to be very helpful. He did something on his end and told me to turn off and turn on my phones. Voila, the two phone showed "no sim restriction".
So basically do NOT take their words for it. Double check yourself to make sure it is UNLOCK as it supposes to.
I am just ignoring no charge from tmobile or any email saying welcome so until then I will play it out I was told by tmobile auto cancel if nit activate in tmobile system after 21 days
