I just finished up The Traveler's Series by Wight and really loved it and wanted more. Fast paced and combat oriented with a story of growth for a main character. Now I'm almost finished with Book 2 of Cradle Series and wow, wow, wow. It's everything I like about Traveler's Series but on steroids! I'm loving it so far! I subscribed to Kindle Unlimited to read all these because they weren't available on my library app, these are free!

Excellent series that you'd be crazy not jumping on for free. The writing starts out a bit rough around the edges, but it improves significantly throughout the series. Even with the early writing being a bit… unrefined, there is a lot of very intelligent and surprisingly impressive plot elements that get laid down and revisited much later on. The first book is very heavily Asian-inspired, and that is a theme that continues as the story progresses, but it gets way more worldly as early as the second and third books, as characters begin to travel. The power progression, challenging obstacles, tight story focus, and fun/easy read reminds me a lot of the feel of the Dresden Files in many ways.

You're right OP. I have all 9 purchased on May 30th of this year. By the time I get through them all, book 10 will probably be free as well!

I love this series and the author is great too. Recommend it to anyone. Also the audible version is great. The narrator kills it.

I was trying to figure out why you had downvotes but then realized the 6th one is indeed free as well and it's impossible to link 1-6. You just have to select the 6th book from the collection. I would say that the OP could have added a second link explaining that but don't think it's even close to necessary as Slickdeals is user contribution based and the user isn't getting paid.
