Costco T-Mobile generally gives back tradein value back in visa/master gift card after a month or two. So it is easy for people who want pay upfront rather than waiting for credits over 2 years.

They switched me to magenta business which shows up as magenta amplified at the same price. Then I was able to trade in my 3AXL for $600 for a new pixel 6

Worst website ever. Nothing loads, so I had to call in, and the rep messed up my shipping address. I only found out after we hung up and I checked my email which was sent after we hung up. So I got on chat with Tmobile, and it's been 20 minutes, they've sent a total of 2 messages. Very frustrating.

This is not worth it unless one has Magenta Max plan which cost alot more per month.

I had a 4 line family plan on regular Magenta and it literally only increased my monthly bill $14 to change all 4 lines to Max. I thought it would be much more.

It appears i'm not eligible since i don't get a trade-in screen or even cart to show up when i click on willing to pay in full. i think maybe my plan is so old(over 15 yrs old), that it isn't eligible.

EDIT: confirmed.my current grandfathered plan is not eligible for this promo. had to call tmobile and they confirmed it. oh well.
