Your order did not go through. You can double check by going to "check order status" on tmobile website. If you don't see the order, it didn't go through. Just order again. It happened to me with the last promo, and again with this promo

I just contacted a FB rep and was told the same thing. If I add the $15 per month one plus data for the line, I would qualify for the $900 trade in credit

I am on the one plus plan and getting only $450 trade in value. But I just confirmed with a FB rep that if I add the $15 per month "one plus" data feature to the line, then the line would qualify for the $900 trade in credit.

I traded-in both my daughters' Note 8. That phone is EOL now and not getting any security updates from Samsung. Totally worth trading in. If you're on Magenta Max, it's worth $599.99, what a deal!!

Not sure if this was mentioned before. Google store also offers trade in if people are looking for alternatives to bill credits. My iPhone 11 is estimated at $410.

i was able to get in on this promo. question though...the docusign stuff didn't show any trade-in credits though. does that only come after you trade in the older device later? because right now since i got pixel 6 pro...i paid $149 plus tax and the $750 remaining balance shows as financed. Nothing on the trade credit is showing up in the documentation...does that come later after i ship and they receive my old phone? I got $450 credit, but nowhere do i see it in the documentation. They also waived my support and shipping fees, but i see an entry for support fee of $30....combing that will taxes is really high, so i suspect the shipping fees were added in.
