Costco T-Mobile generally gives back tradein value back in visa/master gift card after a month or two. So it is easy for people who want pay upfront rather than waiting for credits over 2 years.

Thanks for the data point. Would I be right in assuming that the iPhone 11 device that you traded in was the same one that you were receiving credits for?

It was my understanding too based on what I had read earlier that there should be no impact to the credit even if the device that was being traded in was the same on that credits were being received for, however, but was concerned because both agents that I spoke to unequivocally stated what I shared.
Yes. Same phone.

Question about ordering on the website:

Is there a way to avoid the $6.99 shipping per phone you upgrade? I'm upgrading 4 phones, so minimizing the $28 would be nice!

Thanks!

I ordered through Sprint earlier and via chat they told me to call back in after I receive it and ask for the $10- shipping fee to be waived.

Yes, my bro got his 3a there in Nov 2019 on the crazy TMo deal for $200 and I got my Pixel 4 there in Feb 2020 on the $300 deal. The last Pixel they had was the 4.

I called in during another promo and told the agent I tried to order online, but could get the shipping together. They placed the orders, waived the call in fee and refunded the shipping.

If I'm on an EIP, do I have the option to just turn the phone back in and cancel the rest of the payments? I'm really weary of losing the credits I'm getting if I pay off early.

If waived means credit posted to your account, sure.

Pre-ordered on launch day... watched several reviews, and decided to cancel my Pixel 6 Pro order this morning. Despite taking great pictures, the video quality was mediocre, something that is important to me as a tool for capturing family moments. Will need to decide to wait for S22 line-up, OnePlus 10, or just jump ship now and get the iPhone 13 Pro.

I don't think so. You're on the hook for the balance and your credit. Have to wait 24 months for that to roll off
