The idea behind the knee sleeve is to reduce pain. More specifically, the sleeve adds warmth, increases blood flow, limits patella movement, and can increase proprioception (the capacity to feel the position of a joint in space as sensed by the central nervous system).

Not really liking the colors but I'm just going to wear them under my pants so I guess it's ok, I finally decided to invest in hiking sticks and compression sleeves. Thanks OP, hoping these are decent quality.

I selected the S&S but dont want to go over the bs to cancel it but now I caant cancel it regardless of deleting the item, closing and reopening Amazon in a new browser tab, how the hell do I fix it, I havent paid for the damn thing

Deal must be dead. They're showing up as $15.93 before the $6 coupon for the knee compression sleeves.

Anyone with experience on the ankle ones? The knee ones are fine, I have the 2 set (orange) that always goes on sale.

You can get a two pack from the same brand for under $10 (size small) when it's on sale (which is quite often). I've bought this set twice, and for me they are great.
