It would also be cumbersome and unwieldy trying to use most of them
Wonder why it's on sale 🤔 🙄. Maybe because it's so darn ugly?
Perfect for the handy gentleman who is in the middle of the woods, needs to tighten a screw on their laptop, does not have a tool kit in their pack, and evidently does not have 10 other devices with bottle openers frivolously attached to them.
We all have those days.

Man, this brings me back . . . when a man's watch proved he was a man because the links would bind and pull your d@^n wrist-hairs out.
Of course, once you became a proper grillmaster, all of that was moot since any finger/hand/forearm hair was nicely cropped from getting your arms singed.
but those of us who aren't necessarily compensating for something might sometimes prefer to wear a thing that's more practical or functional in the place of where those who are might wear jewelry.

I have the LT version, using it as a watch band for my fit it versa. The LT is less wide so it doesn't weigh as much which is nice, and the watch adapters are easily found for any watch.
I love having a couple Philips heads on demand anytime, it's real quick to just pop off my watch and unscrew something, or open a beer bottle, or use a flathead to open Amazon boxes. That's really the extent of my use, but I still love it.
It does not LOOK comfortable. Has anybody worn one and can comment on comfort level?
I have a black one, and I only wear it when I travel and for some outdoor activities. It feels heavy because I wear a watch on the other wrist. If you have hairy arms you are going to lose some hair around your wrist, and you are going to lose it at unexpected times. That being said, I get used to wearing it after a little while.
Here's a newer article. Things have improved since 2015. However, when the failure rate is still above 50%, you shouldn't be bragging, especially when there are less travelers than 2015
I'm not bragging. I don't have any affiliation with TSA, and they annoy me too. But I'd rather deal with TSA than be trapped in a tube at 30,000' with a bunch of armed idiots.

you mean you don't want that teacher that shot herself in the foot as she sat down on the shitter on the plane with you!?!?!?
I bought this off Amazon some time ago for $35 and two more for friends in construction. I like the weight as it slightly heavier than my Citizen's light charging watch. I'd imagine it's weight would be as heavy as some of the bigger/thicker men's watches out there. It's comfortable and has a good clasp to it (spring bearing) that hasn't shown any sign of wear. I enjoy the ease of adding/removing links and adjusting the sequence of each. Looks to me the vendor I bought from Amazon partnered with Leatherman to boost popularity (and PRICE!).
I bought the Wish version of this. And I own actual Leatherman tools. I just don't see a time I would use any of these tools and not an actual Leatherman. I keep a pocket knife that does have a few functions. You can add a watch, the links aren't too expensive. But really, I don't see any value to it. Glad I got the Wish version to checkout. I don't see the real use case for this. But I do think they look good. One of the judges on 'Forged in Fire' sometimes wears one.

That's just simply not true. Deterrence alone prevents people from trying to take weapons as carry-on items.
Oops.
