I give Fakespot an "F" for being fake.
Honestly I'm not really sure how reliable that Fakespot rating is. Maybe take it with a grain of salt? I see only 18 reviews for this item and it says insufficient reliable reviews. Seems to be guesswork based on some algorithm from a few reviews available. This item is sold/shipped by Walmart and there's a 90-day return on it. You can always return it to Walmart if there are problems.

There's another thread for a similar Kidde fire extinguisher that seems to have 697 reviews and FakeSpot gave that one a B [fakespot.com]. That other one seems to be limited to 1 per checkout though.
better than the cleanup from a housefire so im told

Yes, ABC extinguishers can put out grease fires.

Yeah but what are you going to reach for when there's a fire, the ABC fire extinguisher, or the best available thing to use given all factors? Many will grab the fire extinguisher every time, even though your sink sprayer is right there. (So long as it's not a grease fire.) Even if it's electrical, water will short that shit out if it isn't already. And then you have one of the best fire extinguishers, a blanket/towel. But none of these simple tactics will be used if you have a fire extinguisher nearby, for many people, at least.

ABC fire extinguishers are overrated.

Is this ok for a standard-sized car (i.e. not full size SUV or truck), or are there better options and if so which ones?

And how does it compare to these:

Or this (mentioned above):

Automotive/marine extinguishers are better for cars. The main differences are an included bracket intended for mounting in a car, or with velcro to keep it tacked down to trunk carpet. (It never, ever works.)

And the major difference - they're tested to ensure that years' worth of engine and road vibration won't compact the powder into an unsprayable lump. Otherwise you can just shoot propellant, not agent.

It doesn't mean a household extinguisher won't work. But you don't want to find that out.

I'd buy a car one but I can't seem to find one anywhere. So I'll make do with one of these compact ones until I find one. I actually had a car fire years ago, but it happened in the middle of the night in the interior, likely due to a stuck power seat switch that burnt out. An extinguisher wouldn't have been of use since everyone was asleep and the car was outside. And I wouldn't put it in the trunk, because you want to have it handy right away, especially if you're stuck in the interior.

Yes, it's rated ABC. Meaning it's using dry chemical as a fire extinguishing agen. It works grease fire but it leaves a mess. It will kill the fire as advertised
