** You can use the code to get $240 off the higher end TM384 model ($1325 on sale for $1199- coupon =$960)

I watched quite a few videos before buying this. There is nothing in this price range that comes close. It was $500 but has come down. ** I am very happy with it. Only negative: the zoom function is worthless as it degrades clarity too much.

*It has hundreds of uses. Hunting and IDing game or finding your target after you shot it. You can Id heat loss areas in your home. You can hunt for animals in the woods(Big-foot, bear, deer, rabbit...) You can even see footsteps or blood trails. Home security-see if someone is outside. Easily find your dog/pets at night(indoors or outdoors).

The biggest Pluses are: Works in pitch black, It has Video and photo capture, 50Hz refresh rate, rechargeable 7 hour battery, range finder to target, and Price

AGM Asp-Micro TM160 Thermal Imaging Monocular Review (bestbinocularsreviews.com) [bestbinocularsreviews.com]

This has great reviews, but don't expect the same quality as a $2k-$3k , Easily ID a target under 75 yards, and Detect out to 200+ yards. The Leupold version has been discontinued so not too many other options.

*Extra 2.5% to 3% off using slick deals or my cap1 card.

Blacklight is much better for scorpions. Light up like they have your next quest half an acre away.

You may be able to find a snake, but keep in mind they're cold blooded- so they're likely not going to be lit up like a Christmas tree.

It should with 160x120 resolution. Home Depot's Thermal Camera has 140 x 140 pixel "uncooled microbolometer".

Get a UV Flashlight for scorpions.. Easiest way to find them. They glow under UV Light.

Should work great. I can see the rafters through my sheetrock in my walls and ceiling. I can see the heat coming off of my computer cpu, powersupply and ram. Plus 7 hour battery life and you can recharge it about anywhere or use power blocks to keep it running.

You should know that Bigfoot can cloak his thermal signature so you'll have limited success with this for "squatching"Smilie

How does this compare in quality to the FLIR one and Seek Thermal cellphone compatible devices? I see the frame rate is faster, but the resolution is similar. Is the sensitivity any better?

FLIR cameras connect to your cellphone charging port which are not very robust connectors. I had one for a microUSB and it was constantly losing connection latency which just makes it lose image / power then reboot. if you bumped it, the image goes out, and eventually gets worse because the charging port is also the only mechanical connection holding the camera on the phone - so it messes up the charging port over time. it was unusable.

Hunting anything that gives off heat. Those Xenomorphs will not stand a chance. It can be used to see hot deals as well.
