Such a missed opportunity. I would love a retro collection of couch coop console games from that era but with online support (now that I think about it, calling those games couch coop is redundant as all console coop games were couch coop back in the day).

Loved it when I was younger. One of the best games. Perfect coop for my brother and cousins. I was excited for the re-release and will get it now just because

I remember getting to the last boss in this game only to run out of items and attempting to beat the boss with only the weedwaker..gawd damn this game was hard but fun to play

It's ok to have expectations past the bare minimum for game companies. Online play would have been great and I can totally understand why someone would lose interest if it doesn't have it.

This game was amazing back in the day. For me, ten bucks is worth not dusting off the Super NES. Never beat this as a kid because items didn't save with the passwords. Looking forward to giving it a go with my own kiddos.
