I think the pro also has a higher TDP 3070 (like 140w instead of 130w), and one more heat pipe for presumably better cooling.

For those comparing this laptop to others with faster processors, etc., keep in mind that a 5800 will run a lot faster than a throttled 5900 in a thin or poorly-cooled laptop.

The RAM in this Walmart laptop is the slow tRFC timings. You'll want to upgrade to new RAM if you want the best gaming performance.

Yes, the RAM and storage are not soldered, and so you can replace them no problem.

I ordered this exact computer for same price 2 weeks ago from Walmart and it still hasn't shipped. Meanwhile my card was charged immediately.

Keep looking on the walmart website. It will intermittently popup from Walmart. Order it.. it will show at $1530 but once it ships it you will be charged $1399

It was available for 2 minutes and I placed my order only for $1,530 and still status is PLACED. Hopefully it will be adjusted to $1399 after shipping.

Really thats a big bum on that. I would assume costing this much it would have the finger sensor comes convenient to lazy to input my password. Thanks for the heads up was searching for a solution alteast now I know.

I've heard it's bad and people end up having to replace it. Same with ram. I don't really get how everyone praises this laptop when there are two faulty things that hold it back, costing another 100 or more to fix/address. That includes only. 5 memory too

Ram is not bad, it's just not the best. Wifi on the other hand I hear bad things but when I game I am always wired can't afford the lag
