Not sure if this is nationwide or not, but my Costco just started selling Kirkland brand grass-fed butter for $9.99.

A friend of mine tell me that because this brand has the highest fat content, it's perfect for making THC butter, if you're in a legal state, that is.

Kerrygold is amazing stuff. The first time I had it was years ago in Europe.

We've switched to Kirkland brand. They started selling it here in NJ.
Taste pretty much the same?

How do you know if will be ~$9? On costco's website it's $15.
If you are right, that's 2 lbs (8 oz * 4) of butter for $10. At my grocery store 2 lbs of Kerrygold Butter is $27. Is it really this cheap? Never have tried it, but have heard about it.
Thanks

The Austin area always has both. We buy in bulk as the dates on this are around 8+ months before spoilage.

Hell, even if you're in an illegal state. Not every law should be obeyed.

Ghee from this butter is so rich. Will be loading up.
Yes. Totally. If you are Desi, or anyone who indulges in recipes calling for Ghee (घी or clarified butter), this is the best.

Smacks Amul and Patanjali and Swad brands right outta the park.

I usually stick up on these enough to last me until the next Costco sale.
