Because SD has a lot of finicky babies that like to downvote with zero explanation. I've said many times comments should be made mandatory on downvotes because it's kind of ridiculous!
People who review electronics disagree with you, including me. The noise cancelling, especially on a plane, is surprisingly good. I'm gonna leave these with you just to blunt your nonsensical statement.
Got this deal last time around. The pair came virtually brand new and work so well. I use them for my office in Philadelphia and they do an incredible job of blocking out conversations that folks are having on the other side of the wall.
Sound quality is incredible. I use Tidal and it is hi Fi service. Top notch.
I understand that "refurbished" can be hit or miss. I bought WFSP800 from the same seller. They came without the factory packaging, but had no obvious signs of use. I wiped everything with pure ethyl alcohol for disinfection. People act disgusted, but pretty much everyone goes to restaurants and use forks that have been in hundreds of strange mouthes.
The headphones themselves are excellent. they have little "wings" and stay secure in my ears despite their bulk. I have plenty of wingless earbuds, they always fall out. To me, it was a great buy at $40.
I don't care about the warranty. It is not an expensive product. Also, in the case of these earbuds "refurbished" means "repackaged", not "repaired" as they are not repairable. If they are defective you would know it within the return period.
Just here for an opinion on secondipity as a TV seller, because I've had my eye on an 65" x900h for about 2 months now but have zero experience with them as a seller

anyone here own these? I've read about how great the noise cancelling is. how about sound? Any opinions on them?
The sound is incredible. I've owned a pair for a couple years that I reluctantly gave to my daughter when her earbuds she saved up for broke out of warrantee and let her do chores to pay them off. I miss them terribly.
The sound stage they create is near perfect. The music is clear, detailed, and though I'm no audiophile, my one requirement for headphones or earbuds is that I want to feel the music - not just hear it. These are the only earbuds of many that I have tried that give me that experience.
Though they have drawbacks like their odd shape and no wireless charging, there is not much I wouldn't put up with to get the level of quality sound they produce.
The Sony app you download with them also gives you very granular control with an equalizer so you can tune them to your preferences.
If you're curious, Google their model number "vs" whatever other earbuds you're considering and there's a site that does very detailed comparisons of headphones and earbuds that can help you distinguish differences in sound quality and other aspects. I found it to be very helpful when I decided on them originally.
I think that you should rethink of what you are buying. This set was almost 300$ original. They're for hifi listeners. With this price, I won't think these set are even real deal or even fake or crazy returns. I bought mine years ago and even doesn't use it much but won't let it go for this cheap price in markets. They sound really good as a Bluetooth in ear
I'm not buying just relaying my prior experience. I'm sure some don't care about other peoples ear wax in their "refurbished" earphones. I do, to each their own. Everyone has their own set of standards. Nothing wrong with it either way. In regards to being audiophile quality(these are laughable to call audiophile quality), everyone has their own opinion. I don't think of earbuds as audiophile quality, definitely rather have some some nice cans for that...hifiman for the lower end.
Bought these after the recent eBay deal. They are fantastic with the comply foam tips. Leave the dxee dsp processing disabled to improve the battery life alot. It doesn't make a different if your listening to decent quality / bitrate stuff anyway.
Yea the missing 2 yr warranty is why I will down vote. I bought an open box through Amazon for 80$ and the case broke about 6 months later. You need warranty for these types of headphones. Trust me. Good luck guys.
But that doesn't make the deal a bad one. For you, maybe. And realistically, would you get this product with 2 yrs for this price? Or is that an unreasonable expectation?
Sweet. Worth a try. I got the Panasonic RZS500 for $40 last deal. Hopefully these are just as good? I have the overear versions of these and they are pretty damn amazing.

Nice review, thanks for sharing. I was trying to decide between this and Airpods Pro. It is a very nice price, but for me the following is the most important property (so maybe for others too):
"By remaining in the Apple ecosystem for all you're technology, you benefit from the smoothest user experience out there. From initial pairing to switching between source devices, nothing compares to using Apple H1 chip products in tandem with one another."
I have older Sony noise canceling headphones and the user experience is not great. It may have improved now though, I dont know. It is a disaster if you are planning to use it on your phone, laptop, TV, car etc. and switch between them very often. To connect the TV I literally have to disable my phones Bluetooth and and then manually connect to TV every time.
