Bought this a little over a year ago. The microphone that mutes when you put it up is awesome but the cable inside the headset has been losing connection and I have to put the mic in a specific position in order for it to work now. For $25 this is a good deal but I'd pass if it was more

Sounds pretty decent and amazing for $25, but these were possibly the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever owned in my life and I've probably had over a hundred.

They are way too heavy.

People like this are hilarious. Electronics come defective all the time. There's just flat out a certain percentage that's gonna fail. That's why companies have the return policies that they do. If you happen to be one of the people to get one of these, then you exchange it. It sucks, it's rare, but it happens. Well, a smart person would at least realize that. A dumb person would think "Wow, all these people who have Logitech products and using them happily must be idiots and I'm the smart one because since my one unit didn't work correctly that must mean it applies to all of them"
