Buy the combo, save ~$27 from "normal" price: $285

Now I'm wondering it's worth getting the stand...

Anyone know how the "QUICKSTAND" in this thread differs from this other Ryobi stand on sale ($60)? https://slickdeals.net/f/15331495-ryobi-stationary-miter-saw-stand-w-tool-less-height-adjustment-59-home-depot
Is the only difference between the two the 'universal' compatibility on the QUICKSTAND?

BTW - Also includes the "infamous" marker
If you don't have the saw (which I do not) buy the saw @ $40 off then buy the more expensive stand (with wheels) @ $130 (Saving $70). Total savings = $110 (Purchase price = $180 + $130 = $310).
However, directly to your question...here's a rather limited comparison on the HD site. The only difference I can see is in the colors of the lock handles (white? vs. black) and the more expensive one has no info on table height, etc. (https://www.homedepot.c

Additional info on a Reddit/Ryobi thread that might be helpful: https://www.reddit.com/r/ryobi/co...k_handles/
Also, just chk'd the Ryobi website and no listing for any stands (do list mounts, tho). Ryobi may be dumping these out of stock.

Ended up going with the 'cheaper' Ryobi stand which came out to $49 if you use the store # found in that thread.
I'm just using this thing for hobby project around the house, no need for wheels. Plus it folds which works for me.

Interesting about the store number dropping the cheaper stand price another $10. BTW - Went looking for the "store number"...did not see it. Maybe my vision is worse than I thought (Ridgid/Ryobi
Enjoy your new toy

Change your local store on the website to that one. Then simply "ship to home".
As far as I can tell it's the same stand as in OP's combo.
If you buy the miter saw and stand separately comes out to $228 (pre-tax) for both.
Hard to pass at that price. 🙂

I chk'd a few stores around the US (I'm on the West Coast) and they all came up @ $59 (some showed list @ $89). Funny thing about the store #0933 is that looking at the item itself it showed up with a normal price of $49 and the sale price @ $59. First thought was WTF. But once it was in the cart, it was $49. However, it went back to $59 if the stand and saw were in the cart together. I did get charged tax for my area (9+ %
I'm going to wait a bit on the saw since HD usually keeps a discount like this for abt a month, so no urgency. Also, price in the not-so-distant past has been ~$130 for the saw (appeared here on sd). Maybe, but not likely, I might get a kind of Black Friday deal. Who know's...
