Perfect! Didn't take advantage of this last time but now I can. Just gotta replace the back glass on my note 9 and then ship it out to Samsung. Easy fix and cheap fix for the front.

People here are probably smarter than me but I dropped my phone and there was a crack on the edge, I kept the screen protector on thinking it would help keep it from spreading. Fast forward 18 months I take the protector off and the glass was perfectly fine underneath. Almost paid hundreds to have the screen replaced (S20+)

Last thread people reported getting the back glass fixed for free since it's a structural component and could not be reassembled with the replacement screen. YMMV

How much to get the battery in an s8+ replaced? Replacing my cracked/burnt-in screen and battery would basically make it a new phone again.

My note 20 ultra won't select on the Samsung website to start the process, instead it says "
To request service, call 1-800-Samsung" and will not allow me to select it.

legit was worth the money. got an s8+ which had major front screen ANd back panel cracks... they replaced both, phone looks brand new

For the mail in service, how quickly do we have to mail it in? Broke S10+ screen, but am still actively using it, would need a temporary phone before mailing in.

I don't believe that Best Buy was an option during the deal last month.

If anyone does the Best Buy Screen Repair, please comment on how long it took after they dropped it off. I know every BB experience will be different, but it'd be good to get an idea. Is this 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hours, next day? The one nearest me wasn't on the list, but another 20 minutes away is so I just scheduled an appt for Sunday morning there.
