My old Note 8 has screen burn in- I use it on WiFi when my Note 10+ is charging.. Otherwise in great condition. I'd pay to get this fixed. Does it mean I should break the screen? lol

Same here, just crack the screen like I did, they replaced everything. I had damaged display but I decided to actually throw my phone against some bricks so they'd do the repair.

Booked an appointment at my local BB for S10 cracked screen replacement...Any idea whether they will fix it immediately or keep it and return later and whether they will honor this offer or not ?

Note 20 Ultra didn't qualify for me. I just went through this about a month ago when Samsung had this soffer. Took 3 weeks and $300 later to replace the front screen on my Note 20 Ultra. To Samsung's credit, however, they covered for all shipping costs and they didn't charge me extra to replace my rear lens assembly since I ended up getting a "camera fail error" after dropping my phone face first, cracking its screen near where the rear camera lens assembly is located. It would have cost north of $600 at UBreakIFix to replace my broken screen and lens assembly had they been able to get the replacement lens assembly to calibrate in the first place.

For anyone looking to mail in. 2 Day UPS shipping is included in price. Site says phone will be returned in 5-7 days after they receive it. *Others have said they have had a total 7 days from shipment to receiving the phone back*
