These used to be $100 on sale. I know it's a different economy but I would wait & see if the price drops.

The deal was online but Home Depot took it down. You can still buy it in store only if they have this promo deal. I took pictures from store 3602. They had all the deals on display and you can buy them.

I have this box and it is very tough and functional, but a word of caution...THEY STINK! Far and away the worst off gassing I've ever experienced, and I've bought some cheap crap in my day. So if you don't mind soaking them in soapy water or giving them a good month to breathe, it's a great set. It was $99 when I picked mine up as well.

These are usually the lowest around Father's Day. Where they're usually Buy 2 Parts for $79, get the 3rd (top) free. $99 for XMAS isn't uncommon.
These are good boxes, I have 2 sets of them, made by Keter for Ridgid/TTI. (They also make the HART ones at Walmart... and Milwaukee, not a shocker, all TTI owned brands)

It's probably been several years since you could get the 3 for $79. They certainly haven't hit that price in the last 12 months. I'd be happy with $99 now.
