Yes, out of the box. But they will not rtsp and record to SD card. If it starts locking up, remove the SD card. learned this the hard way, but since then flawless. oh and mine are outside.
edit - rtsp with SD card record DOES work, I just had bad cards.

No, you an add multiple devices to detect location and set home/away mode. I've been playing with Geofencing but not being able to make it work all the time.

If you add people to your home, they are counted in the "when someone is home" automation. But yes, it is limited to iOS users with service, so maybe a narrow use case. But I've been happy.
