FYI, if you get payment error on the last screen:
We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your payment method at this time. Please try another payment method.
Open an incognito (private browsing) window and go through the entire checkout process again, but use a different credit card. It won't work if you simply try to switch cards.
-------------------------------
If your Chase card isn't accepted, call the number on the back of your card and the recordings will prompt you to do a few things and then the hold will be removed. I didn't even need to speak to anyone...easy as pie.
You can also add these Visa cards manually to your Walmart Wallet and use with Walmart Pay at the registers.
These cards cannot be added to Google Pay or Samsung Pay. Virtual Visa most likely cannot be used in person or used with NFC in stores. To work around this, buy the store's gift card on their website and use that in store.
Do fees apply after my Account is established?
Yes. If you do not use your Account for 12 consecutive months, we will charge a Monthly Maintenance Fee of $4.95 on the first day of each month that follows (starting with month 13) until you use the Account again. At that point, we will wait until 12 more consecutive months of inactivity occur before charging the fee again. If you don't use your Account for an extended period of time, these fees may lower or even exhaust the balance of your Account before the "valid thru" date has passed. You may avoid this fee by making regular purchases with your Account.
There is also a Replacement Account Fee of $5 to replace a lost or stolen Account, so please safeguard your Account information. This fee does not apply to replacement of an expired Account.

Not a bad way to save on your utility bills for 10 min of work. You're going to have to pay them anyways!

1) Amazon.com, IKEA online - for normal goods purchase?
2) wholefoods offline store, target offline store? I know it's virtual, was guessing through any third party apps in US do allow virtual cards at offline? My phone doesn't have NFC.
3) my apartment management, in their website, has credit cards and Bank account as payment methods. can I use this virtual visa debit card, in place of credit card and transact?
will it pass through?

We're sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again.
After multiple fraud alerts on my cards and using incognito mode/repeating the process every time there was an issue, I was able to realize the full $2,000 limit in three orders (two for $750 each and one for $500).
Edit: I see you said "store" not "spend". If you meant "store" I wouldn't store these very long at all, there have been cases of prepaid cards being hacked/stolen before. I do not know particularly about this variant of card--but I'd still liquidate these sooner than later. Plus these have a fee after 12 months of inactivity. Until I spend them, I simply printed them. If you can't print, perhaps use your phone to snap a photo of the card numbers on the screen.

I can pay my apartment rent with this, at net discount of 7%. If possible I'll accumulate and keep... What's the purchase limit?
