Can't speak to the club brands, but apples and oranges really. You need to pay for the memberships there and many simply do not need 5 gallon jugs of mayo or shop there enough to warrant the subscription cost.
Also, Hefty kitchen bags are good imo. They really hold up unlike the Glad bags which rip if you stuff anything in them in my experience. How good the Costco or Sams club bags are I have no idea but if they are more like Glad bags then Hefty, then they are not worth it any any price imo.
