Depends. I take 1000mg a day. This would last me a week. Tough to get much in a gummie.
Costco has a 360 125mg gummie pack that is a better deal: https://www.costco.com/Kirkland-Signature-Vitamin-C-250-mg.%2c-360-Adult-Gummies.product.100309168.html

I am sternly against gummies! You're going to get a cavity! First 2 ingredients are sugar and It'll get stuck in your teeth all day.

1000mg will give you diarrhea if you're naïve to that dosage. I would start at 500mg first if you're new to vitamin C

No need to take vitamin c supplement if you have a balanced diet and eat at least one piece of fruit that contains vitamin c.

You just eliminated 3/4 of the worlds population. But good advise though. I'll take you up on that.

Costco Vit C adult gummies are way cheaper and pretty sure a kid can eat them. Always wonder why they specifically say "adult" for Costco vit C gummies
